(3 persons) : An engineer in charge of the Methods, assisted by two qualified operators.
· Defining and making production tooling
· Machining Programming Center using CAM/CAD software (3d surfacique/face density –NC MACHINING)
· DXF-IGES-GE3-NFL/VDA-CADL graphic interfaces
· Image scanner processing and scan programming (laser marking)
PRODUCTION LAUNCHING
1 Person in charge of production launching and monitoring deadlines in direct connection with customers.
· Inspecting and defining customer specifications
· Defining and monitoring manufacturing schedules
· Ensuring coordination between the various departments
QUALITY - ENVIRONMENT
1 Person in charge of the management of the environment and quality system
+ Monthly monitoring by a quality consultant (Carrying out audits and corrective actions)
· Start up of “GREEN LIGHT” and production surveillance
· Designing procedures and inspection tools
· Internal and supplier audits
MANAGEMENT (MANUFACTURING, QUALITY AND MARKETING MANAGEMENT NETWORK)
(18 computers, 5 on the production site assisted by a SFAO bar code network (SFAO = Computer Assisted Monitoring System for the Manufacturing Unit)
Manufacturing, quality, management of outstanding products and stocks are completely monitored by a computer network, from taking the order up to delivery with real time updating by production operators.
